Girl Underwater 02

Well, here it´s the last series of pictures of the expermiental girl that i do mixing a lots of technics and materials.

After finish the face, i made the base of the arms and the hands with wire and poli putty (same on the hair). Finally y made a pretty fast hair, trying to give it form to a one big volumen. I liked the result of this one, but i was very disapointed with the reaction of the clay, it just turn very fragil in almost every fine detail of the sculpt.

That´s motivates me to finish the sculpt at this point and destroy it to make something else with the materials.

I learn a lots of things with it but i wasnt enought to keep it.

Bueno, aquí está última serie de fotos de la "chica expermiental" que hice, haciendo mezclas una gran cantidad de técnicas y materiales.

Después de terminar la cara, hice la base de los brazos y las manos con alambre y masilla epoxica (la mismo hice en el pelo). Por último y hice un cabello muy rápido, tratando de darle forma a un volumen de uno grande sostenido con los alambres. Me gustó el resultado de esto, pero estaba muy decepcionado con la reacción de la arcilla, que se secaba con demaciada rapides y generaba grietasen casi todos los detalles finos de la escultura.

Eso me motivó para terminar la escultura y destruirla para hacer algo más con los materiales.

Aprendí un montón de cosas con ella, pero la escultura en si no era lo suficientemente completa como para para mantenerla como estaba.

Girl Underwater

Well, this is the sculpt that i was developed this couple of weeks. I really enjoy who fast i can make things with clay. The tings that i usually take me 3 o 4 weeks this time takes only a few days. The only problem in my opinion is that you need to keep the sculpt wet or else the sculpt start to broke on the weakest parts.
